Place half slices of ham and cheese on turkey breast slices.
Top with sage and tomato.
Roll and secure with toothpicks.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Dip turkey rolls in butter and roll in crumbs.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
