|Magnificent Marinara Sauce- Low Fat Recipe

Heat canola oil and add garlic. Lightly brown garlic and add diced tomato, dry white wine, Cheyenne pepper, tomato paste, thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
Lower heat and add fresh basil and simmer for 1 hour.
15 minutes before serving, add fresh shrimp.
Serve over a bed of linguini.
Serves 4 - 6 people
