|Hudson's Cold Pasta Salad

Cook large shell pasta as per instructions on packet.
Drain, rinse and place in bowl.
Cook beans or peas until just tender. Cool and place in bowel with pasta, and remaining ingredients.
Toss Italian herb dressing (recipe below) lightly through the salad.
Garnish with olives and serve with barbecued meats chicken or seafood.

Place all ingredients in a screw top jar or blender, shake or blend for a few seconds.
Refrigerate until required.
Makes 1 cup.
