|Recipe for Snook

Filet the snook.
Place each filet on aluminum foil.
Put butter and onions on each filet.
Add salt and pepper to taste (dash) and a sprinkle of oregano.
Bake on outdoor grill approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on filet size.
The fish, along with our crab cakes, all caught in the backyard of our home were wonderful.
